Un adelanto de lo nuevo de Kamelot…

… que podremos disfrutar dentro de una semana.

Espero que sea tan bueno como The Black Halo, para mi con mucho, el mejor disco de la banda.

Esta vuelta de las vacaciones está siendo especialmente prolífica en cuanto a salidas de discos de mis bandas preferidas se refiere. Blind Guardian (At The Edge Of Time, buenísimo), Rhapsody Of Fire (The Frozen Tears Of Angels) y este nuevo disco de Kamelot me van a tener muy ocupado estos meses.

Espero con ansia viva el momento en que empiecen a venir en concierto para pasarme por alguno.

Buenos días Javi Nieves…

… es el nombre del programa de radio que escuchamos todos los días por la mañana viniendo al trabajo.

Esos 2 compinches son los encargados de hacer pasar un buenisimo rato a los oyentes de Cadena 100 de 6 a 10 de la mañana. Siempre están de coñitas y risas y creo que eso, a las horas que son, es lo mejor que puede pasar, porque te transmiten ese buen rollito aunque tengas un duro día de trabajo por delante.

Espero que sigan como hasta ahora, ya que mejorar el programa que tienen creo que es dificil, y que sigan haciéndonos pasar grandes ratos a los que hemos tenido la suerte de encontrarles en las mañanas de la radio.

… es el estribillo de una conocida canción del grupo de metal Iron Maiden perteneciente al disco «The Number of the Beast», y aunque la temática que sigue la canción no tiene nada que ver con lo que yo quiero expresar (habla sobre la persecución a la que fueron sometidos los indios cuando el hombre blanco llegó a sus territorios a robarles la tierra), sí que tiene un significado literal que puede expresar lo que intento hacer: correr por mi vida, y no me refiero a huir porque algo me persiga, sino a correr para mejorar mi salud y estar en forma de cara a alcanzar una mejor calidad de vida.

Todo esto, claro está, lo voy a intentar junto a mi novia, que como en anteriores ocasiones en las que nos hemos embarcado en diferentes deportes (esqui, padel, natación, bici…), se ha unido a mi o yo a ella… vamos, que como debe ser lo haremos en compañia mutua que es lo que nos gusta.

Lo que nos ha lanzado al mundo del «footing», ha sido en gran medida la locura de nuestros amigos, sobre todo 2, que últimamente se apuntan a cualquier cosa que conlleve esfuerzo y deporte XD. Gracias a sus esfuerzos nos hemos apuntado a una carrera popular solidaria patrocinada por el banco BBVA con un recorrido de 10 km que se desarrolla el 7 de Noviembre y para la cual vamos a empezar a entrenar desde ya mismo (bueno cuando volvamos de nuestro viaje a Mexico por supuesto XD).

Ya veremos donde y cuando acabamos la carrera, si en el km 4 o en 10, pero que no se diga que no lo intentamos XD. A por ellos!!!
